I had a really comfortable stay at this pet-friendly hotel. The room was updated and spotless with a great view. The service was absolutely excellent. Nice facilities and the pool was great.

The location of the hotel is on the edge of Country Club Plaza, but they will shuttle you anywhere within a 3 mile radius. That was awesome. They also had a real restaurant for breakfast rather than a bad buffet.
I ordered the eggs benedict for breakfast. It lacked any flavor whatsoever.

The breakfast options were ample and tasty, plus the convenient location near Westport was perfect. Rewritten: The breakfast had a lot of different food and it was really good; this place is in a great location, not too far from Westport.

Hotel was somewhat tired. Very tough to find a park and spaces were so close that it was hard to exit car. Little to none visitor brochures or newspepers.

My case is not appropriate to evaluate for staying. I go to UMKC as research, not leisure, nor shopping at Country Club Plaza. But, the hotel is very very close to the Plaza, easy to have fun there.
Breakfast, by far. I got coupons for three days. They were equivalent to USD12 value, but not include gratitude. You must give it. And food varieties were poor, even no egg. Very poor.

This is a hotel go-to for Kansas City! This pet-friendly venue is newly remodelled with super-friendly and outstandingly accommodating staff. Exceptionally comfortable bed. Cool room with a clean bathroom. The hotel has a great and stunning location, right by a modest museum.
